-FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS-

Do you have to have a medical card to attend? * No, we do not require an OMMA card to attend but you must be at least 21 years of age with a valid state issued license.

Can I come if I am under the age of 21 but have my medical card? *We are a 21 and over festival, no exceptions allowed.

What if I don't want to camp at Camp Copperhead and have off-site lodging, which ticket do I purchase? *All Attendees who are not camping overnight but attending Thursday-Saturday will need to purchase the Dirty Hippie Camping Pass.

What if I just want to come for the day? *All Attendees arriving before Saturday will need to purchase the Dirty Hippie Camping Pass. We only sell day passes on Saturday.

What if I want to come early? *All attendees Arriving before Thursday will need to purchase the Wednesday Early Arrival for $25

Can I bring my Golf Cart, ATV/UTV or scooter? *Yes, but you purchase a permit for $65 and must follow all rules.
-Must keep permit sticker visible at all times. 
-Observe common-sense driving rules, just as you do in your car on the road. 
-Camp Copperhead reserves the right to deny access or require removal of your permitted Golf Cart.


Can I bring my pet? *Pets will require a pet permit at the ticket office for $65 This ticket gives your pet access to your campsite ONLY, NOT the festival area. 
-Pets must remain leashed at all times. No retractable leash can be used.
-You must pick up after your pet.
-You must have proof of Rabies vaccination at check-in.
-NO pets are allowed in the Festival area except service animals. Service
animals are defined by the ADA (https://www.ada.gov/) as dogs that are individually
trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Service animals must be properly harnessed or leashed at all times in the campground area.
-Camp Copperhead does not permit Emotional Support Animals, sometimes referred to as ESA’s.
-Camp Copperhead reserves the right to deny access or require removal of ANY animal that is disruptive or poses a direct threat to the health and safety of others.

What if I change my mind about attending, can I get a refund? *No refunds, all sales are final.

Can I buy a ticket at the gate? *Yes!

Do you allow coolers to be brought in? *Yes, coolers are allowed in your campsite only. No food or drink can be brought inside the main festival gates.

Can I bring my own cannabis? *YES! We have a trolley ride to the local Happy High Life Dispensary.

Are generators allowed? *Yes, You must purchase a generator pass and camp in the specific area for generators.

Harvest Fest is for ages 21 and over.

No OMMA card is required to attend, and no illicit drugs, weapons, or glass containers are allowed.

It is Copperhead Run Rally’s DBA Harvest Fest's explicit policy to adhere to all Oklahoma and local laws and regulations at all times, particularly those concerning the possession, purchase, sale, and use of cannabis. By purchasing entries into the Competition or securing a vendor space at our event, you affirm that your actions related to this transaction, both now and in the future, will comply with these laws and regulations. Additionally, you agree to indemnify Copperhead Run Rally’s DBA Harvest Fest's, along with its owners, employees, and agents, from any liability they may face due to your actions or inactions that violate this commitment, and you will hold them harmless from any related liabilities that may arise.
